At Bordelle, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if your selection is not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
